Steamed Vegetarian Salted Fish

Preparation: 5 mins, Cooking time: 10 mins

Ingredients (serves 2)
- 4-6 thin slices ginger, finely shredded
- 3 pieces vegetarian salted fish
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- salt to taste

Method
1. Put all ingredients in a plate and steam for 8-10 minutes.
