Preparation: 5 mins, Cooking time: 15 mins
Ingredients (serves 2)
° 150g Macaroni , rinsed and drained
° 100g king oyster mushroom, diced
° 750-800ml unsweetened soy milk
° 25g ginger, peeled and bruised
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° salt and ground black pepper or to taste
° 25g coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method
1. Throw in the macaroni, mushroom, ginger, soy milk and olive in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes until the macaroni is softened. Remember to stir occasionally.
2. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix in the coriander.
3. Ladle into individual serving bowl and serves hot.

Where did you buy unsweetened soya milk?

ReplyDelete@ Wet Market(small @ 50-70cents, big 80cents to a dolloar) or Supermarket (1 Litre around $2, there are two brand selling unsweetened soymilk).
From the wet market, it is more diluted.

Oic. thanks.. btw, does the unsweetened soya milk smells like "soy"? coz i once drank soy milk that smells like cows milk.
