This was my dad’s favourite tea. It is real simple to make and you can enjoy a cup of tea imbued with sweet-taste and aroma of natural pandan leaves (screwpine), in a few minutes. Give it a try and surprise other with this special cup of tea.

ReplyDeleteHi Dreamy,
ReplyDeleteVegetarian Cookbook might not have the market, the percentage of vegetarian is rather small :)
You don't have to put it as "vegetarian", u can pick other words like "low fat" or "healthy" or "cholesterol-free" wateva wateva... hehe... and then maybe you can put in the introduction section or in small print "recipes are suitable for vegetarians".
ReplyDeleteGot it :) Dreamy.
ReplyDeleteAny idea where I can find Pandan tea? Preferably loose leaves, but bagged will do.
ReplyDeletePS: to my question about where to get Pandan tea . . .
ReplyDelete. . . I discovered this tea while travelling through Vietnam and adored it, so I picked some up there. However, now that I'm back home in North America I don't know if I can find it here -- haven't yet -- so I'd like to know if anyone knows a distributor or retailer who does. thanks!
Hi,
ReplyDeleteSo far, I haven't purchase any pandan tea bag before. So sorry about it and could not really help.
Yes, this tea is fragrant and nice. We can easily find Pandan Leaves in Asia, therefore, I use fresh pandan leaves to boil the hot water for the making the tea (either normal tea powder or tea bag).
Cheers :)
