Azuki Bean ‘N’ Mini Glutinous Rice Cake Desset






Adding Glutinous Rice Ball to Red Soup Bean is not something new … I change the size and shape of the glutinous rice ball. Make it into a mini cube, if desired.

    Yes, this is a rather popular dessert.

    Chinese and Japanese restaurants serve this too (slightly different), name it as Ah balling with red bean sago (red bean soup with added sago) and Zenzai.
