Nata De Coco with Passion Fruit
Nata De Coco is a high-fibre, low-calorie and cholesterol-free dessert. The chewy, juicy cubes can be mixed with cocktails or other dessert to create your own treats. In here, I marry Nata De Coco with Passion Fruit!
Nata De Coco is the name for chewy, translucent, jelly-like food product produced by the bacterial fermentation of coconut water - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nata_de_coco
I get them from the supermarket. It can be in can form or plastic packet/cup form. It is real nice.
Great you like passion fruit, how do you eat passion fruit? I am thinking of adding them to lemon or lime juice, adding them to Apple sparkling juice.
Where can you find the juicy cube things? Are they called Nata De Coco, or is that just the recipe name?
ReplyDeleteLooks great by the way. I love passion fruit
