Veggie Burger

Hmmm… I was supposed to make veggie croquette for my veggie burger. Then, I saw this Veggeburger-corn at the Vegetarian Shop @ Fortune Centre. Next, I just bought it and make burger by adding tomatoes slices and lettuces to it. For a healthy burger, just brush with a little bit of oil and bake or toasted.

If you prefer to make it yourself, check it out at Les Vegetarienne Recettes’s blog - Soy Burger or The BitBit's blog - Tofu Burger.

When I have the time, I would like to try making veggie croquette using mashed harsh brown and something else :-)

Looks good, I like corn too. Does it taste as good? Corn ingredients & taste?
Would like to try Tofu burger, any idea where to get in Spore?
So far, only tasted the mock meat & potato version.
Cheers:-)

It is ok to me. My boy keeps asking "Are you sure it is not meat!", when i make this for his recess.

Tofu Burger :) not sure. If you find it before us, let us know.

Mashing firm Tofu and mixed with harsh brown or (mashed potato with bread crumbs added)? Don't know, when i have the time, i test it out.

Cheers :)

I've tried veggie burgers in a few countries: Singapore, U.S. and Australia (Melbourne). So far I like the veggie burgers in Australia the most. They're made of potato patty and are not made to taste like the meat patty.

Does anyone know where to find the "Australian" veggie burgers in Singapore, or know how to make them?

Hi Darren

Thanks for the info :)

I am also thinking of using potato, yet to try.

If anyone know where to find the "Australian" veggie burgers in Singapore, do let us know.

Cheers :)

Hi,
Had not tried Australian vege burgers bf but at one time, BurgerKing did introduce special Vegetarian potato patty burgers, now I think Mos Burger has potato croquette burger. But my favourite is Komala's. This is an Indian Vegetarian Fast Food chain & I love their big fat slices of fries. Do check their outlets at http://www.komalasweb.com/outlets.html.
Cheers:-)
