Hi Pavotrouge
You are welcome :) Been to your your blog and stole some ideas from you. Thanks :)
My husband loves the Claypot Ee Mee, am sure he'll love some of these recipes.
I'll need to buy a claypot though. Can I buy any claypot, that is in market....Pls advice..
Thank you.
Hi Sanki
Claypot, there are many different type of claypot, i find that the japanese type (the colour is white), it can last longer the traditional china claypot. It is more expensive, I am waiting for sale to stock up another one.
When you buy claypot, you can check how to prepare it before using it. Some recommend soaking it with water from washing rice or just water. Some recommend using it to cook congee first.
Have a lovely weekend.
Hope this helps :) Cheers
