° 1 slice ginger
° 4-6 seedless red dates (optional)
° 1.5 litres water

Method
1. Place the kelps/corn, carrot, ginger, red dates and water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Add in watercress and turn off the heat when it boils. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
