Mango Tofu Pudding

After making the strawberry tofu dessert, I decide to try out using mango. This turn out to be like a pudding. So, experiment with different types of fruit to come up a unique tofu dessert. It’s fun. You may opt to replace passion fruit with other fruits, if desired.

Preparation: 8 mins

Ingredients (serves 2-3)
° 1 pack silken tofu (300g)
° 1 ripe mango, chopped
° 1 passion fruit
° sugar to taste

Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve chilled and top with passion fruit.

It looks delicious, I don't think I've had passion fruit before. The strawberry tofu pudding looks good too. And I have strawberrys. I going to try to make it soon. Thanks! :-)

I am not too sure whether soy pudding is referring to "touhua" here or it is refering to using soy milk to make agar agar.

Cheers :)

Hi Chow Vegan
Some recipes say add agar agar to the strawberry tofu pudding, you can strawberry mousse. How should mousse be like? I need to find out.

Chow Vegan, I love your blog :)

God bless you for your big heart in sharing your recipes. I have learnt a lot from your site with regards to Chinese vegetarian cooking.

We had dinner at a vegetarian restaurant where we ordered crispy oyster mushrooms in a slightly sweetish cream sauce, it had deep fried curry leaves and minced birds eye chilies. Would you have the recipe for this dish? Would appreciate if you could post this recipe on your site.

Thank you.
