Ingredients (serves 2)
° 150g chinese chive, cut into 5cm length
° 1 (110g) Chinese heritage yellow taukwa/yellow beancurd, cut into strips
° 2 slices ginger, finely chopped
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° salt to taste
Method
1. Heat oil in a wok. Add the ginger and fry till fragrant.
2. Add in the tofu and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Throw in the Chinese chive and stir-fry briskly for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.

Whew! Glad I found your site. Was shopping in the Asian store earlier, and had to buy the yellow tofu as it looked to be interesting (and firm!). Yours was the first recipe I could find. So, what else have you added to the recipe? There is something red in the photo.

Thank you :) Oh, that is red chilli, I love chilli, so I added that as garnish and for the spiciness.
