Vegetarian Fish with 'Chilli Crab' Sauce

Vegetarian Fish with 'Chilli Crab' Sauce
&
Angel Hair with 'Chilli Crab' Sauce

The main ingredients ...

Just cooked this dish, an hour ago for lunch. Have a look.

Same recipe as posted earlier. This time, I decided to chop the ginger, garlic and chilli, plus I added 30ml of water. As you can see from the picture, the ginger and garlic can be chopped a little bit finer, if desired. Garlic can be reduced, as some garlic has a much stronger content. The amount of chilli and chilli sauce can be adjusted for the spicy of your liking.

Pasta with 'Chilli Crab' Sauce
is another dish you can have.

Oops, reply too late, request the MZS Chef to come up with Vegetarian Chilli Crab, then we can sit down and enjoy :)

It is raining these few days, i still haven't visit the BB MZS - the claypot tofu ...

Last night I went there and then realized that MZS BB is closed! They are closed on every 2nd Wednesday and last Wednesday of each month. :(

Btw, do you like the "petai" (those smelly beans)? MZS BB has the 四大天王 that is a stir-fry similar to the 四大美人 but with petai beans. Very nice! :P~~

Yes, my little one loves Petai. But i am quite conscious on the amount of oil in the sambal but it is even more tasty when stir-fried with lots of sambal and oil.

I passed by Bukit Gomak just now, around noon from Jurong East, but forgotten to bring along the address. The claypot tofu and now the petai ...

:)

oh, i am the loyal customer of a TVB rental shop nearby so even after I moved so far away, I still go there to rent DVDs. Hehe.. And to my surprised, a new veg restaurant opened after the old foodcourt was renovated. So lucky to find it...

Btw, I find that MZS's "煮炒" dishes are nicer than those meal set (i.e., "fish and chips", "chicken" rice, nanyang curry rice etc.) Need to tell you first so taht you won't be disappointed on your first time there. Hehe.. :)
