Dishes done but lost my recipes :(

I used silken tofu and did it like Agedashi Tofu except I ‘stick’ a piece of seaweed on it. Stir-fry some vegetable and used vegetarian oyster sauce and soy sauce for the sauce.

Sushi!

Instead of using nori sheet for the sushi, I used cucumber. It is real simple and easy to cut the cucumber strip – with the help of the Vegetable Peeler.

Matcha with Wolfberries Steamed Cake. I don’t know should I call it cake or not, it is just too heavy. Maybe, next round I should use Matcha powder with raisins.

Oh, I usually just scribble the ingredient on recycle paper and I guess, I accidentally recycled
them!

The matcha cake with wolfberries look lovely... hope you can recall the ingredients/recipe!

P/S. I am a silent reader of your blog :) Just want to tell you that your recipes makes me drool and photographs are gorgeous!
I had been a close-to-vegetarian many years ago for about 2 years.

Hi ym,

Thank you. I try to do it again, I added silken tofu to the cake. It might take few more weeks, as I will be taking a break soon.

Really, you are close to vegetarian for 2 years, that's nice to hear. If veg food can be more interesting, you would be a vegetarian already. :)

Cheers
