Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1-2 slices ginger
- 1 small bundle (50g) mint leaves
- 500ml water
- salt to taste
Method
1. Add the ginger to water and bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes and add in mint leaves.
2. Turn off when it starts boiling and season with salt.
3. Serve hot.
