Ingredients (serves 2)
° 6 Chinese arrowheads, peeled, thinly sliced and pat dry
° oil, for deep-frying
Method
1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or wok. Place the Chinese arrowhead in and then fry until golden brown. Drain well on kitchen paper and set aside.
2. Serve immediately.
