Honeydew & Banana Soy Milk Shake

Preparation: 8 mins

Ingredients (serves 2)
° 150g honeydew, peeled chopped
° 1 (200g) banana, peeled and sliced
° 250ml fresh unsweetened soy milk
° sugar (optional), to taste

Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste it, add more sugar, if necessary. Chilled or serve with ice.

If you but in a lot of bananas don't need sugar! :) Last time vss did a demo using buts seeds and add in lots of bananas and mangoes, it was very sweet :)

btw, can u put less post on one page, becasue it takes a long time to load whenever i come to ur blog hahaha...

Yep, I usually used unsweetened soymilk and omit the sugar for most of the soymilk shake. Unsweetened soymilk or reduced sugar soymilk is what i usually buy from the supermarket or wet market.

For this recipe, hence, i put the ingredient - sugar as optional or to taste :), because unsweetened soymilk is used. If ripe or very sweet fruits are used, sugar should be totally omitted, the sweetness from fresh fruit can't be beaten, it is so refreshing and nice.
